Neuromodulator
Botulinum Toxin is a cosmetic injectable that is able to block the nerve signals within the body that can cause the muscles to move and contract. The Botulinum toxin relaxes the muscles and smooths out any fine lines and wrinkles within the area, which appear due to the repetitive facial movements we often have. The most common areas that are seen to showcase fine lines and wrinkles are the forehead with creases, crows’ feet occurring around the eyes, and fine lines between the brows.
Jeuveau
Jeuveau ( prabotulinumtoxinA) is also known as “NewTox” like BOTOX®, uses purified botulinum toxin to temporarily relax the small muscle groups that cause dynamic wrinkles. When these compounds are injected into muscle tissue, they block nerve signals so that the brain can no longer instruct treated muscles to move.
Botox
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) injections are one of the most commonly used injections to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the face. They are also commonly used to treat medical conditions in patients like excessive sweating, overactive bladder, neck spasms, and lazy eye, and can also help to prevent patients’ chronic migraines.
Restylane
Restylane is a form of hyaluronic acid-based injectable filler used to reduce wrinkles, contour and enhance lips, and add volume to deeper wrinkles and folds. It is available in different concentrations and formulations for various treatments.
Versa
Revanesse Versa is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler that can be used to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds (laugh lines). The Revanesse formula is trusted, with over 3 million syringes sold worldwide since 2012.
