What is the Spa’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hr notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A 48 hr.notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of two or more. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. Repetitive NO SHOWS will not be tolerated.
What time should I arrive for my spa service(s)?
First appointments: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork, and so the therapist can access your specific needs to best serve you
What if I’m late?
Late Arrivals: Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Do you accept walk-ins or short notice appointments?
THE SPA’AH works by appointment during normal posted hours. We cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins; but will accommodate if possible. For this reason, we encourage you to make an appointment so that we can ensure your service and care. After hours appointments may be available by appointment only.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes, please give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If notice is not given you will be charged the full fee for the appointment time missed.
